Did you check Amigos Burgers & Shakes reviews?

ordered online, they missed out my items and also never followed instructions. Poor never ordering again.

This branch is worst ever alway close

Ordered a takeout texas Hot dog it was awful the roll was rock hard! Nothing texas about it :(

** UPDATING seeing as you've replied below.. I sent an email and got zero response.. So it's funny you posted publicly to look good when you haven't even answered my email. A staff member told me to cancel an order recently over the phone and mentioned I would get a refund for the order via ubereats. Which wasn't true so I got fully charged for an order which I did not receive because your staff member told me to cancel due to the fact you didn't have the main item in store on that day. I have tried getting a refund from ubereats and they won't give me one as the restaurant needed to cancel not me, but your staff member told me she couldn't cancel?

Too dirty

Buttermilk chicken burger used to be the best now it’s the worst they have really gone down hill the batter on the buttermilk chicken burger they changed it and now taste like it’s a cheap chicken burger quality assurance needs to be looked at

Placed an order on Uber but the order never came and I lost money. Appalling service and waste of my time.

Sabri has the WORST customer service ever. So rude and unhelpful! Not happy at all.

Burger amigo was bad , expired ,idk please , be carefful about what Meat you use meybe it s just a mistake. thanks

This was a PAINFULLY BAD experience. First of all, the staff could not explain why the prices/ingredients on the menu didn't match the final price or the names or the products on their system. They suggested to have a "meal deal" and gave me four options of chips WITHOUT mentioning that different options were more expensive. Honestly felt as if they were ripping me off. The cherry on top was the burger. I ordered a veggie burger and when it came everything in it was freezing cold (bun, cheese, tomato, sauce...) EXCEPT the actual patty, which was SO hot that I took one small bite and I started tearing up, burnt the roof of my mouth and am still not able to eat anything else without being in pain (it's been 3 days now). I was in a rush so I didn't have the time to go complain and have another chat with the staff, so I just finished as much of my food as I could and left, but I didn't want to miss the chance of leaving a review for everyone to know how they do things in this place. BTW the only reason they have so many good reviews is because they offer a free milkshake if you post a good review. HA.
