Did you check Amigos Burgers & Shakes reviews?

A milkshake has jumped from £3.75 to £4.99. Might as well go to Creams which is a couple doors down or a Tinseltown x

Ordered food never arrived, contacted the restaurant was not helpful at all, rubbish customer service will never order from here again

Ordered delivery for 5 people, 2 meals wanted with no mayo because of health issues, to request this you have to phone the mobile number given to amend your order this has to be done after you place your on line order. Unfortunately no one answered the phone and the meals were delivered. Business place working with no landline and unable to take mobile calls. This is not for me. People with health issues be careful how you order.

I have order from this amigos 2 times and both times they have accepted an order and then after they keep sending you order delayed they cancel your order after an hour or more of waiting this is frankly ridiculous and they should not accept orders they have no intention of fulfilling

Beware of ordering from here if there's a good offer on Uber eats. They had an offer for 28 September and 29 September 2022 for 50% off the menu. They got so busy they couldn't fulfil my order two days In a row. This has never happened to me with any other restaurant where Uber eats does the same offer. For the management: if you're going to put an offer on, at least ensure you have adequate staff for those days so you can actually serve your customers and they don't have to make last minute dinner plans or go cook because their order got cancelled.

Always late in delivering

STAY AWAY!!! The manager is in desperate need of food hygiene and customer service training. I ordered a burger and noticed that large segments of the burger were pink after I had already eaten some. When I brought this to the attention of the store manager he couldn't care less and was extremely condescending. He said "so what do you want me to do" and that "this is how chicken should look". I was in utter shock that a grown man of his advanced age could blatantly lie and show such contempt to his customers. I was then not surprised to see that this place was rated 2 stars for food hygiene and noticed that other customers have left reviews complaining about this "manager" and the lack of quality of the food. It is shocking that this place is able to operate in this manner as they obviously do not care about the safety of their customers. Stay away from this place as it is not worth your money or your health!!!

Just waited 50 minutes for a cheeseburger and a milkshake, very poor service. Had to rush and get back to work. Would have been quicker to go sit in nandos next door. Wont be coming back.

10 minutes waiting for a single burger that's £7.50! Loud Arabic music and they don't even make you feel welcome there... Never again

I would give 0 stars if i could. I ordered the fried chicken burger via Uber eats and the chicken wasn’t cooked properly. The telephone number on google doesn’t work and the website has no contact details. So all in all I spent £10 for inedible food. Never buying from here again
