Did you check Amigos Burgers & Shakes reviews?

The service took long with our food and when I asked them not to put spices in our food they did it anyway they have no respect in peoples request

Have ordered from here multiple times in the past and burgers came really nice, unfortunately my most recent order was an absolute mess. Wrong sauces on burgers, overcooked and burnt food which made it extremely chewy, my burgers that I paid extra for added garlic sauce had hardly any garlic sauce in let alone extra!Absolutely horrible experience, will never be purchasing food from here again, it doesn’t take much to get an order right and it’s absolute disrespect from the staff to mess up an order so bad

These people is very unprofessional and dishonest, I ordered from them. They don’t deliver to my address they still took my money. I never got my food.I told them about it they said it’s not their faults…thieves. Don’t order from them they will take your money and don’t receive your order

They forgot my order.. I waited 30 minutes. Which made me quite sad as I was really looking forward to it.

Every week I takeaway food from amigos, and today when I was ordering the manager told the people at the till really rudely when I was at the till ordering and the manager said to tell all customers to wait 20minutes for their order rudely, and after that they made me wait 35mins for my order and they were dealing with their online deliveries with deliveroo etc and made customers wait for way longer than they were told to, also I saw the waiters pushing the rubbish in the bin with the trays they serve in and use that tray later to serve people again.Really bad service!

Bad food ,unprofessional staff and very rude customer service.

Unprofessional staff

One place which actually broke my heart! I've been to this place few times before and always ordered the same type of wrap without salsa, but this time the cook put salsa sauce in my wrap and since I'm very sensitive to spice, I felt it straight away and told them to change it but the Indian old looking guy with glasses and the cook came and asked me to open the wrap, which was very disrespectful for a CUSTOMER!! Very!! I was not even making a fuss about it rather just asked them to change so I can eat my food, but the indian old looking guy with glasses (who was the manager) was very rude and said "first of all salsa doesn't have any type of spice and just eat the wrap or chuck it" And the cook rolled his eyes and went away. All I want to say is that salsa contains chilli peppers which can be spicy to someone who is very sensitive to spice - must be noted! This was one of my fav place to go and I had come all the way from Paddington but now I'm never ever going back to this place in my life!! To the customers please note your food is served proper with what you ask and always re check. Also never allow anyone to disrespect you as a customer like this!!

Horrible service 8 ppl working and they are taking ages to make the orders rubbish
