Did you check Amigos Burgers & Shakes reviews?

It’s not clean and got food poisoning 3x I gave them few chances but always end up getting sick the next day sometimes is wrong with them a sanitary check should be done ⚠️

Ordered over £60 of food..... Only for it all to be drenched in strawberry lemonade! 😡😡😡 and useless UberEats support won’t issue a full refund. The workers at amigos didn’t pack the drink properly. They didn’t cling film the top like any other restaurant would. I have said this on many occasions when collecting food from Amigos. Unfortunately it seems like they just don’t understand 😡🤦🏼‍♂️ As the delivery driver had multiple stops before ours, all the food had been sitting in a pool of drink. It was all ruined! Waited over an hour and a half for this delivery only to not be able to eat it! 😡😡😡 I think it's safe to say I will NOT be ordering from Amigos again. I'm out of pocket and no dinner as well! 😡😡😡

3rd time ...doing this review after returning 6 months after last disappointed visit. Very poor . Cold fries ( I ordered in person so no delivery factors) burger was tasteless and only flavour was from the sauces. Drink was flat ...I spilt it in the sink after 3 rd sip. WORST Amigos... used to the good quality food from Acton branch before Covid. it appears this mass Franchise has messed it up .NEVER Will I be coming back to any Amigos again.

Very poor Teo pieces of bread and a sliced onion for the burger Never again 👎👎👎👎👎

The worst ‘takeaway’ I’ve ever had. Despite the lack of customer service, the chips came with milkshake all over them, and came with over half of the order missing - when I rang up they wouldn’t bother sending the food out despite us going out of our way to call them. Don’t recommend at all.

Shop with these guys all the time spend a lot of money (at other branches) sheppards Bush was the only one open at the time so I paid an extra 5 pounds for delivery just to order from them. We'll the quality was below average, small chips (I mean small,I could count them) no sauces what so ever.... I always get sauces with the other branches. Any way I won't be going here again quality wasn't there.

Avoid - they don't take food allergies seriously, don't even understand ingredients in the food they use. Rude when challenged on it, not even considering what could happen when they get it wrong.
