Did you check Amigos Burgers & Shakes reviews?

Very Bad experience, went there at night very slow service, taste was as bad as their service, chicken strips and chicken burgers were hard, taste like either it’s been frozen a while or they don’t even know how to cook them properly And we ordered texan beef burgers that didn’t taste as good as other branches like Acton and wembley. I’m a regular amigos customer and was very happy to know Southall branch as I visit the area regularly but that would be my 1st and last visit to this branch. Don’t want to waste my money My recommendation is if you want real Amigos taste then go to Acton, kilburn or Wembley.

Is this place Halal?

Didn't respect the sign on my door kindly asking for "NO JUNK MAIL", posting two unwanted leaftlets through my mailbox, which could have compromised my home's security.

I wanted to order at 22:31 exactly but the Asian female at the till said she couldn’t take orders after 22:30 because she would have to work later. I politely reminded her that I was ordering only 1 minute later but she remained adamant. I left the shop and won’t return.

Missing food TWICE! I ordered my food over the phone and first time round they gave me a 6oz burger instead of my ordered and paid for 10oz burger, I asked before leaving the store if all food was there as I had ordered few meals. Once I got home I realised the burgers are smaller than expected and not 10oz, I called them and they apologised and asked for me to go back but it was too late and I was too far. I didn’t think much of it as this happens. Second time I ordered again and this time was a large order and again before leaving the store I checked but I couldn’t check every single burger to see if everything was in place. Once I got home and distributed the food, there was fries missing and also smaller burgers!!! I called them and told them what happened, they didn’t even seem to care nor wanted to rectify the solution. What a joke of a customer service!

Echoing on from previous issues that others have spoken about, I can add on the following. Ordered from Deliveroo and was missing a big part of the order. If it was something small, that would be fine but it wasn't. It was food for 2 people. This shop clearly has a severe problem with getting online deliveries right, just read the other reviews 🤷🏽‍♂️ Would I recommend? No. The alternatives are more fairly priced and offer a similar level of quality on top of actually being able to get orders right. No brainer 🙌🏽

DO NOT GO HERE. They constantly mess up orders as half of their staff is newly trained and the queues are too long. I waited 1 hour for two portions of fries and a milkshake. Rubbish service and they finish orders of people who were behind us in the queue. They messed up every single order in front of us and took ages. Just go to McDonald’s next door.

Not happy at all I have ordered online this is the 3rd time the order is not complete, last time burgers and drinks were missing, this time 2 Fries are missing this should put more attention on orders I am coming all the way from Hounslow !!!!😡

Worst place food was terrible and way overpriced if you want a food place much better then this go to bims in ilford this place isn't worth your money or time staff is rude and arrogant avoid
