Did you check Amigos Burgers & Shakes reviews?

Food was not cooked hair in food store was a state no clean tables I would not recommend this store

Where to start, so we made an order of two burger meals with chips and drinks for me and the misses, a side of popcorn chicken, some chicken strip meal for my son, onion rings and a milk shake. So all in all we have ordered 13 items totalling about £40 Out of all this food we received, one wrong burger with no drink, another wrong burger with no chips or drink, instead of strips, chips and drink we got another burger, we got 0 out of 3 drinks we ordered, we had cold onion rings, we even got the wrong milkshake! You cant make this up, they didnt even give us a straw.. So 0 out of 3 drinks 0 correct burgers No strips Cold and soggy onion rings Wrong milkshake No straw Thats 4 correct items out of 13! Ontop of this, the burgers they did give literally had a cup of ketchup and mayo poured on to them.. I called then to talk about it, no answer both times.. Iv honestly so disappointed! rarely write reviews but this is worthy, what a joke of a place how can you get so many things wrong?!

Poor service and very rude staff

Rubbish double cheese burger. Their ketchup us way too sweet, there's literally one slice of onion, the paties are flat and bland, the bun is awefull, the cheese is that cheap cheese you can get elsewhere. However cheap, this burger was worth half or even a third of the price. Any other place makes them ten times better. Sorry

I am a regular customer of amigo southall. And today first time I am writing this review about Shepherd’s bush branch. Customer service is really bad, I just told the staff member to swap sauces and he is charging me extra money for that. This never happen in southall branch. I told him not to put Happynero sauce and put mayonnaise and the staff member charge me money for that. I totally order food of £30 and he is charging me extra for sauces. Seriously !? First time really bad experience with Amigos Shepherd’s Bush.

Well the food is decent but the waiting time is way to long for a single burger.

This is one of my favourite burger restaurants. However, they have been slacking on their hygiene recently. I got severe gastroenteritis as a result of a Boss Burger I ate on Saturday (30/05/2020). It is a horrible infection which I am still currently recovering from. PLEASE DONT SLACK ON YOUR HYGIENE - you have excellent burgers and it will be a shame.
