Very disappointing experience at Amigos Burgers & Shakes. When we went to collect our order, the restaurant looked very dirty, with rubbish, vapes, and food leftovers left on the tables and floor. The overall hygiene of the place was very poor. After eating there, both my niece and I had stomach pain the next day. Sadly, this experience left us very uncomfortable and disappointed. (The order was order and collected by Deliveroo)

Extremely disappointed with the service from Amigos Burger through Uber Eats. We placed an order and were initially told there was no whole chicken available, so we changed the order to two half chickens instead. However, nobody informed us that the half chickens were also out of stock as well. Despite knowing the food was unavailable, they still accepted the order and took full payment. When the food arrived, half of the meal was missing. I called the restaurant and spoke to someone called Malif, who claimed they had “notified us,” which is completely untrue regarding the half chicken being unavailable. He then said the manager was already aware of the issue. So the restaurant knowingly continued accepting Uber Eats orders for food that was out of stock instead of cancelling the order or properly informing customers beforehand, which is completely unacceptable. I usually enjoy ordering from Amigos Burger, which makes this even more disappointing. Poor communication, poor customer service, and a frustrating experience overall.

ordered 2 buttermilk burgers, insanely small chicken patty. It’s usually big and great size. This is one very small, not even crunchy. Don’t waste your time, even the chips were small portion and cold. This is not the normal size. Even staff wears Confused.

***BLOOD IN CHICKEN*** I ordered a half chicken meal From TOOTING and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. After cutting into the chicken, I noticed it was very undercooked and glossy flesh near the middle near the bone. The meat was pink and there appeared to be traces of blood, which was very off-putting and concerning. This is a serious food safety issue. Chicken should always be fully cooked before being served, and receiving it in this condition is unacceptable. It immediately ruined the meal and has left me with no confidence in ordering from this branch again. As a customer, I expect basic food safety standards to be met. Unfortunately, this experience fell well below that expectation, and I hope it is taken seriously to prevent it happening to others.

I ordered chicken rice extra but it’s being for me normally last time and chicken not cooked shit restaurant bad service

Bad costumer service as usual, the manager very rude ,

Quite disappointing, ordered three milkshakes From them on Uber Eats and two of them came with a third missing that’s just ridiculous and dishonest

I have ordered oreo shake and specially asked for less ice. They gave me shake soo thick literally ice and i couldn’t even drink it with straw , was like slush or something. Even it was too sugaryy and sweet .. never gonna visit that place again

Me and a friend came in today and ordered a buttermilk burger and was served with a buttermilk burger that wasn’t cooked and had hair in it. When I asked the manager, he acted as if it didn’t have hair in it and said I’ve gotta leave the shop in a very disrespectful manner.

Ordered a half chicken - it smelled like the worst thing ever!!!! Disgusting
