Did you check Amigos Burgers & Shakes reviews?

I previously have eaten in the Shepherd's Bush branch and it was great. This experience quite possibly involved them serving Iceland frozen burgers from across the road.....in short i ordered a Mexican and a normal Cheeseburger (meals). The burger was tasteless and the dude serving me really didn't want to provide any tap water. I suspect the rubbery burgers were from the value aisle in Iceland. The fries were served plain as they come and the not so generous dude provided 2 tiny pots of sauce. Like some previous reviews I dont think I will going back here.

When it first opened, the standards were impeccable across the board. Now, wow, staff are constantly eating, the toilets are absolutely disgusting & the level of care once evident in the way your food was presented has long since gone! Shame, as it was once a lovely takeaway.

give mcDees a run for their money, but thats not saying much. stomach hurts 1.5 hours later. :(

Staff was so friendly, packaging so good but the burger so horrible I order a beef burger called amigoes burger was so chewy I thought it will be one bit but the whole burger like that which I have to bin it then

So I got a DBL Cheese burger ( size the same as McD's mustard was better) Milkshakes were pretty basic Overall not worth the price

It was okay. I was hungry so ate it.. but I would go again for a double cheese burger they tasted reheated and were chewy not fresh. Think they might be frozen and cooked ain’t great. Chips and dips okay. As I dipped my chips into the garlic sauce there was a long stringy like hair in it, wasn’t a hair was like a bit of long cotton. Not sure if I will go again.

Very bland, flavorless burgers. And charging unjustified Shake Shack prices to boot.

Overrated and over priced. 5 guys is cheaper and better. Won't bother with this place again. Staff looked like they were half dead.
