Did you check Amigos Burgers & Shakes reviews?

Came to help a local business reopening in the area the worst experience one can have. Arrived at 19.00 and didn't get serves until 19.51 and the food finally arrived at 20.28 and it was cold. Totally disappointing experience and definitely will not go again. Place to avoid at all costs.

Absolutely shocking. Undercooked fries and stale buns.

I’ve been ordering from AMIGOS Burgers & Shakes for a long time and this is honestly the first time I’ve been really disappointed. I placed the order by phone and collected it within around 10 minutes, as advised. Despite that, the halloumi wraps were cold and tasted stale, and the bag was completely soggy. I paid cash and have since tried contacting customer service via email, but haven’t received any response. That’s disappointing, especially as a regular customer. I hope this was just a one-off, but the food quality and lack of response this time were well below the usual standard.

I been there i pay £20.40 I ordered one chicken and rice medium Spicy only they put mayo sauce on the chicken I said that's wrong you have to do another one so they said no even they didn't refunded

I had a frustrating experience at Amigos late at night. I called around 1:30am and spoke with Joyoti, who told me I could not come in and order in person even though they close at 2am. I was told I had to place my order through Uber Eats for pickup instead. When I arrived to pick up my order, I saw another customer ordering in person at the counter. This was confusing and disappointing, as I was explicitly told that wasn’t allowed. The inconsistency in service made the experience frustrating. Clear and fair communication with customers would go a long way.

The front staff is very rude; I went there today to have a meal and placed an order, but they have no manners when it comes to talking. Moreover, the food they served was not properly prepared.

Prefer 5 guys

Not nice at all, chicken is so hard and meat smells of old oil. Staff absolutely non existent and so rude. Tried to give order 3x. Waste of money. Very disappointing avoid at all cost. When spoken to staff regarding the food quality she just smiled back.
