Did you check Amigos Burgers & Shakes reviews?

The staff are clueless. Ordered food and waited 1 hour for it to arrive when my order did eventually arrive it came very overcooked and freezing cold. Also gave me incorrect items two milkshakes 1 Oreo and 1 kinder bueno and got something with nuts and terrys choc orange instead. I then called the restaurant to speak with a manager and the guy’s response was ‘’the manager is going out’’ then refused to let me speak with the manager. I have never experienced this where I’ve been refused to talk to management in a restaurant or over the phone. I’m shocked tbh !!! I do not recommend this restaurant the service is shocking and very unprofessional let alone the food. It’s common sense i ordered 1 Oreo and 1 kinder bueno milkshake why am i receiving different items……..

I am absolutely fuming. Purchased sprinkle cake with custard and a turkey hotdog inside the shop at spprox 7pm today. No sprinkle on cake, crust burnt on the cake and a large spoonful of custard. The bread roll for the hotdog was stale. Tried calling the shop but the usual scenario no online telephone numbers. Explains why the shop was empty. The gentleman who took my order could hardly understand what I was trying to order. I have taken a photo of the said dish. My daughter was extremely angry as she thought £6.99 for a sweet was expensive. Obviously I wanted to go back but my daughter said send a review instead. Please tell me why it took over 20 minutes for two out of three members of staff in an empty shop to prepare heating up a turkey hotdog and an already cooked/burnt sprinkle cake. If I have the energy tomorrow I will be giving them back their food . A very disgruntled first and last customer.

Fake free burgers, only advertising Beef and saying their chicken ran out, when we joined the queue at 2pm. We came later again at 5 and were told again that there is no chicken and that it would not be available for the rest of the day. TWICE we were told there is NO chicken. People were also allowed to jump the queue and given free burgers. Not a good look.

I walked into the place. Placed my order, 3mins in a asked if I can change the order to be told my food is almost ready BUT made me wait 20 more minutes for food to be ready, the chef was NOT WEARING ANY GLOVES AND WAS HANDLING THE BUNS AND CHEESE. the burger was okay but the buffalo wrap was a disgusting.

I got a burger, chips and drink the chips were cold

Advertised a grand opening for free burgers. I got there before the start time and waited in the line for about an hour and they were constantly stopping cars driving to hand out free burgers and other civilians walking by that weren’t even waiting. By the time I got to the till they told me that they had no more chicken burgers as they already handed them all out. Maybe they should have prioritised the customers that dedicated their time waiting in the line and this wouldn’t have happened. Seemed like some form of fake advertisement for me. Wasted my time and went home with nothing.

This place should be seriously shut down. Really poor quality food and service. I spoke to a man to speak about my order and he was totally disrespectful and zero customer service. I would strongly advice to go and Spend your Money elsewhere.

This place does not take customers seriously at all. First they sent me a leaking shake, then they only sent 2 shakes out of the 12 I paid for. That is outrageous. Their packaging is terrible, the attention to detail is zero, and the experience is just pathetic. Stay away.

I’ve had enough of Amigos. My orders were a complete mess two times in a row. One order came leaking everywhere, and then I ordered 12 shakes and received only TWO. This is beyond careless. The quality is awful and the service is even worse. I will never order from here again.

Amigos has completely failed me twice. First time the shake was leaking everywhere. Second time they sent only 2 shakes instead of 12. What kind of operation is this? It’s unacceptable, irresponsible, and honestly embarrassing. Do better.
