WOOD SHAVINGS IN MY SHAKE, MULTIPLE BITS OF WOOD/TOOTHPICK. I came in got my order and left as i knew it would take long. Came back after 20 still wasn’t ready. Was waiting 26 mins after the receipts time on it. Cool I can deal with that. First thing I did when I got my meal was drink my shake as didn’t want to open in the car. I had a chunk in my mouth that was hard, I thought stale chocolate or someone so I spat it out and kept drinking until I got a big bit stuck in my throat. I managed to spot another bit floating and it was wood. There is literally no explanation for wood shavings in my milkshake. I called the restaurant and he was extremely apologetic asking me to return to the store. Defies the fact that I feel kind of targeted. Was actually my favourite restaurant but there isn’t a explanation for wood in my shake

I recently visited Amigo Restaurant , and I must say this was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. From the beginning, the staff was busy chatting among themselves and no one welcomed us. After some time, a staff member finally came to take our order and told us our food would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. However, the food was served after approximately 45 minutes. While we were eating, to our shock and disgust, we found a spider in the food. I immediately called the manager, whose behavior was completely unprofessional. I explained the situation to him, and instead of addressing it properly, he casually removed the spider with a tissue and walked away without offering any apology or solution. I called him again and asked, “Do you really expect us to eat this food?” To which he rudely replied, “It’s just a small spider.” We refused to eat the food. The manager then said a very disrespectful “sorry” and left. I asked for the shop owner's contact number and called him the next morning to explain everything. I told the owner that we did not eat the food and requested a refund, to which he responded, “Give me some time.” However, the next morning, he blocked my number. This level of service, hygiene, and customer care is absolutely unacceptable. I wish there was a 0 star option here.

The food was great but the kids popcorn chicken , you will give 7 small popcorn chicken that is absolutely ridiculous, you need to to think right and know this is for a child and you should put in ablest minimum 10 pieces as they are already tiny as anything , don’t over talk when customers want to order , don’t assume things are right , let customers speak and think , honestly customer service needs to improve massively, also kids portions , will I return , maybe who knows , Miami Crispy is still the number 1 chicken spot in all of London HANDS DOWN

The staff dont answer the phone and busy smoking and sitting down rather than taking an order. I called 3 times and when i went in they had no customers.

The worst service I’ve had anywhere. When we came in and were served the guy serving us was not attentive and was more focused on his online orders. When he then finally asked to take my order I asked for one of the burgers to have an amendment and he gave a rude expression and then I heard him complaining to his colleague about us and said ‘nakreh’ which means fussy. If you aren’t happy working there you shouldn’t. It ruins the company reputation to have workers who don’t want to be there. It’s like he was doing us a favour by taking our order. Should’ve gone to Tex ann instead. The food then took over 30 mins to come. By the time the food came we’d had a lot of attitude from this server. He clearly doesn’t like his job. If his attitude was good and he was nice to us I wouldn’t even mind about the long wait but his whole experience was bad from start to finish.
