Did you check Amigos Burgers & Shakes reviews?

I bought whole chicken.chicken was not fresh was dry and also over cooked

Extremely Poor Experience – Honest Review I had a very bad experience at this restaurant. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. As a diabetic patient, I found their behaviour unacceptable – they locked the door, changed the password, and refused to give me the new one when I needed access. This caused me real difficulty and stress. One of the staff members (wearing glasses) was particularly dismissive, but I do not know his name. Instead of treating me with respect, he behaved in a very unprofessional way. Before visiting, I checked Google reviews very carefully. Honestly, if it were possible to give 0 stars, I would. The only reason I am giving even 1 star is because Google does not allow zero. The food itself was also very poor in quality – badly cooked and not worth the money at all. What made the situation worse was the unfair treatment of customers. I personally observed that they treated some groups of people with more preference while ignoring others. This kind of biased service is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Overall, this place fails on customer service, food quality, and fairness. I would strongly advise others to avoid this restaurant and spend their money where customers are treated with respect and honesty.

Why do staff look like they rather be elsewhere? Customer service was poor, hygiene levels were very bad. Disappointing food and service!

chicken tenders were dry with a lot of cajun salty seasoning, ordered on a monday so probably got leftover weekend scraps. they thought giving me extra fries would redeem them.

What’s happened to this place? Gone completely downhill. We thought we would give it another chance and ordered yesterday using click and collect for 8 of us and what a HUGE waste of time and money for cold, undercooked and underwhelming food - one can understand if chips are cold but not burgers from within! They are wrapped in foil? Won’t be surprised if someone has an upset stomach tomorrow. So sad as they started off brilliantly and we ordered on a regular basis. Now we avoid as the delivery wait times are super long and the service in store is the same. Disappointed - Sorry Amigo, your Slough store is not the one

50p for water even though it was part of a meal. Staff did not tell me this. Never coming back.

chicken tenders were veryyy oily, they even triple bagged my order and it seeped through 2 bags. next day unsurprisingly im constipated with diarrhoea. best thing was the waffle fries but they were also too oily.

Most pathetic burger i ever have … cook should be restrained to make burgers

Waited over an hour for 2 milkshakes. Worst service ever.

I had a terrifying experience at this branch on Sunday 24th August around 9pm. I have a severe sesame allergy and made it clear when ordering that my food must not contain sesame or be cross-contaminated. Despite this, my burger was first served on a sesame bun, then “remade” — but I later found sesame seeds still on the chicken itself. If I had eaten it without checking, I could have gone into anaphylaxis. When I raised this, the manager (who said his name was Mohammed) shouted at me, laughed at me, and dismissed my concerns. He even mocked me when I showed my EpiPen, refused to give me the real name of the staff involved, and made inappropriate comments about my religion to deflect responsibility. This is not only unsafe but also deeply unprofessional and distressing. Allergy safety is not optional — I could have died because of their negligence.
