Did you check Amigos Burgers & Shakes reviews?

“Extremely disappointed – my burger came with rotten lettuce and onions. It was completely unappetizing and unacceptable for any restaurant to serve. Quality control clearly needs serious improvement.”

I ordered 2x white kinder bueno milkshakes with both I paid for whipped cream. I ordered 12:09am and received the food at 12:25am. That’s ridiculous specifically when people who ordered milkshakes and food after mr received their milkshakes. I asked the lady if there was anything wrong with the order she said no they’re making it. Mind you the kitchen is open plan. I see the worker making an Oreo drink for someone who ordered after me. Another 5 mins I confronted the lady she said it’ll be ready in 2 minutes. I see one of the workers making the milkshake using the regular kinder bueno and not the WHITE chocolate I requested. Though this seems Karen they taste different why not use the one I requested or inform me that the white bueno had ran out. The lady at the till purposely moved around so I couldn’t confront her about it. When she finally returned to the till I asked her if that was my drink. She said yes they’re waiting for the whipped cream. I brought up the fact it was the regular white kinder bueno I had ordered (on receipt) she gaslit me into thinking it’s what I ordered but look at the images clearly there’s dark brown pieces it was not what I ordered. Secondly, why were they waiting for whip cream when I saw them use whipped cream on the customer who ordered after me’s milkshake. Don’t recommend visiting waiting time is for a simple milkshake is ridiculous, workers mess up your orders — it wasn’t even busy for them to be making mistakes. Hounslow Amigos is definitely is the worst fast food chain in Hounslow and Amigo Branch.

Deserves to stay closed permanently Shop was a complete mess selling undercooked chicken

Ordered 1/4 chicken at 12.30am on the 15/08/2025 & I'm the only customer in the shop. The server asked me if I wanted leg or breast, I asked for the leg part, took 10 minutes to the dot, yet he decided to give me which he wanted to instead. Appalling. My last visit. look at the pic & decide if it's vfm.

Rude and unprofessional management, no care taken about cleanliness food is absolutely rubbish Not recommended at all.

Do not go to this restaurant, cleanliness is not maintained at all here. Rude management and the food is complete crap. Waste of time and money too

I’ve been ordering from Amigos for years and unfortunately today is the last day. I order on Uber Eats all of the time, i’ve tried a variety of things from their menu - one being the mini burger. Please look at the picture and tell me if you think this is acceptable to serve someone… when I called the manager she was dismissive, told me they are all like that and said I am complaining about everything so she doesn’t know what to do for me. All I said to her was the amount of chicken in the burger is unacceptable and the lettuce is changing colour (to which she said no it’s not, as if she can see it). She told me to come to the shop now to change it, I declined and told her I would come to the shop in my free time so she can remake it, she said okay and was going to hang up without even taking any of my details - very dismissive and poor customer service. Furthermore, the way that they package their hot dogs reduce the quality - it comes in a plastic container so the bread and crispy onions sweat and become soggy by the time it is delivered. This time, I do not believe the hot dog was even cooked properly, I had to stop eating it. I don’t know who they have in the kitchen now, but they’re clearly inexperienced. Very very poor experience, i’m so disappointed that it’s gone so downhill.

Proposed Review: Today I waited over 18–20 minutes for my food. Orders were being served to others in front of me, even though I had been waiting longer. The staff never communicated any delay, and when I asked, I was told it would take even more time. The service was slow, disorganized, and showed no respect for customers. Very disappointing experience. The meat was raw inside, and fried in oil that seemed to have been used all day — extremely greasy and unpleasant to eat. A dining experience to avoid.

I ordered so many time, but always the order not the same which is I ordered?
