Did you check Amigos Burgers & Shakes reviews?

I would like to inform you not to order from them againfirst of all, you receive the order and it's not ready, I tell you 5 minutes and you wait 30 because I place the orders with those who come and collect from them, secondly, they don't have the patience for those who deliver the goods, we are treated with indifference We told you so you know why the collection takes so long.

Appaulling service, waited over 2hrs for my food to be delivered via just eat. Don't know who is right or wrong. Ordered food at 22:45 arrives 2 hrs later. Delivery driver is also casually sat in his car expecting me to come to him. The food was delivered in 10 mins. The size of the chicken compared to norbury branch is for a kids portion. Manager needs to take action for this one. I highly recommend norbury branch 5/5

Ordered food from just eat food was not delivered to me and called them to tell them where my food is they said they do not have driver number this is disappointing there should be a code service when delivering food

I tried the Jacob burger at Amigos.but was really disappointed. The beef patty was completely dry — I took one bite and couldn’t finish the rest. For £15, I expected something juicy and worth the price, but it didn’t deliver at all. Sadly, it’s not something I’d come back for again.

Avoid, Avoid. This place is disgraceful, gave undercooked raw chicken to my pregnant daughter, didn't give her complete order either and you pay for a medium drink they give you a small one. They should be ashamed!

i am absolutely devastated to state that this place is absolutely rancid. firstly, there are dead bugs laying upside down on the floor in the upper area which the majority of them are still moving. this is utterly disturbing and disgraceful, especially in an eating environment. secondly, the workers lied about having garlic sauce. this is one of the only reasons why me and my cousins come to eat here. once we got our food, we kindly requested to get the garlic sauce bottle, which they said they had, and they had absolutely none. however, the service speed is really good which disappoints me for this negative review. personally, i believe this place has a lot of potential, however it needs to be worked on by a MILE.

I had a really disappointing experience at Amigos Burgers and Shakes in Hounslow West. The food quality was way below expectations — cold, greasy, and honestly not worth the high prices they charge. It felt like I was paying premium prices for fast food that wasn’t even fresh. What shocked me even more was the attitude of the owner and manager. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I witnessed them being disrespectful not just to customers, but also to their own staff — raising their voices and even using abusive language. It was uncomfortable to watch and completely unacceptable in any business. Definitely won’t be returning. If you're looking for good food and respectful service, I’d recommend avoiding this place.

Very bad customer service by the staff

If you’re short on time, I would not recommend dining here. I was initially told my order would be ready in 2 minutes, but it took 34 minutes to arrive. When I inquired multiple times, I was repeatedly told that it was “getting ready.” While delays are understandable during busy hours, there were only three customers and a few orders at the time. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

Very bad behaviour and customer management is very poor especially of girl pawan.
