Did you check Amigos Burgers & Shakes reviews?

I have been waiting nearly 1hr and 15min for the food What annoyed me the most was they not even answering the phone they don’t even have a landline using mobile phone number I ordered 21:50 food arrived 23:20 very disappointed

Not worth the hassle. Food is overpriced for what it is , location is awful, and with the amount of competition they've fallen behind

Went to collect a Too Good to go order there showed it to the staff member who clearly acknowledged it. After 30 minutes of waiting I asked to see how long it will be the manager tells me she cancelled the order as they didn't have the items, I asked the staff member why he didn't tell me that he looked at the manager like it never happened. Clueless staff, average and overpriced food. There are plenty of nice places to eat in Shepherds Bush this is definitely not one of them. PS CLEAN THEM DIRTY TABLES!

Very poor service

The butttermilk chicken tastes very bad

Went there yesterday from south east as people were saying food is very good but as you can see the picture not cooked properly literally it wasn’t cooked properly at all really disappointed suggesting everyone not to go there cuz after that i had bad stomach for 2 days and the location was Amigos Acton

I ordered a chicken grill burger and a cheese burger. Chicken burger without onion as my son has allergy with oinions but they put onions in side. The cheese burger was under cooked the meat was still raw inside. Disgusting food and disgusting customer service. Called the restaurant and they said bring it back we take the onion off the burger for you with no apology. Try to make a fun.

Ordered online and it took 45m to prepare! Disgraceful!

Staff is misbehaving with all of us Not having good service as well Food always comes cold each and every time if i ordered it from Uber They give priority only dine in customers Not happy 😪

Non existent customer service. The lady was literally picking her skin on her arm as she took my order... The food is basic as it gets. The kids burger comes with ketchup and that's it... Half the sauce containers in the tables are broken Our table was dirty The whole place is just a pale imitation of what a burger place should be Avoid!
