I ordered a chicken wrap at this restaurant, but I was concerned about the food handling practices. I noticed that the staff was preparing the wrap with bare hands, touching the salad and other ingredients without gloves, all while multitasking with other tasks. This raised serious concerns about hygiene and food safety.

I wish there were zero or minus five stars. I ordered a grilled burger & a wrap for takeaway on the 15th of August around 7 PM, upon opening the package I found that the chicken inside the wrap and burger was completely raw. Highly not recommended.

The food and drinks here is great, it's just the staff that work here is sh*t. I've been here about 3 times and every time I'm there, I'm waiting for one of the staff to notice I'm ready to order but they're just doing whatever they're doing and I have to shout to get noticed. I had to repeat my order several times which is annoying and Amid I think was his name had no respect on cleaning my drink. It came all wet around the sides and there was two lids on top making it hard for my straw to go in. It was a hot day and last thing I want to do is fiddle about with straws and lids, I just wanted a drink that's all and he had to mess that up. Service when delivering the food is alright but could be way better. Overall staff is oblivious, disrespectful, and rude. They all need to be trained on customer service etiquette.

Very bland burgers and nothing exciting about this place

They took a bite out of my food right infront of me and then gave me it??? No words

Very mid food and they don’t wash their hands I saw them drop chips and put them back in the fryer, disgusting!!!

I had delivery with items missing, got an apology and asking me to come to store. Very poor service and poor quality food, avoid.

I came here before few days amigo.staff behavior is very rudely. I suggest all of don't come here it's not friendly restaurant.

Service is very bad manager is not co operative his behaviour is not friendly about customer I visit first time but experience is not good
