I am completely disappointed with the food, we have ordered crispy Korean wrap and it only has more sauce than chicken and the taste is very acidic and disgusting like the sauces on the table. We have also ordered onion rings and on the receipt they say there are 10 and they only gave us 5. The potatoes have too much burnt oil. I really wouldn't go back.

Unprofessional.health and safety people should visit their place check their sink.this place should close down asap

A place with staff without experience in hospitality and not knowing what they have to do...waited 28 minutes for some chicken wings and some rice, at the end to be told that they don't have rice. Waisted my time..👎🏼

I been living in slough for a while and it use to be my favorite place when it was under a different owner/ supervision the staff has always been super nice and friendly I went there on Sunday and my order wasn’t right. the new owner has taken my order a few times and messed it up. The food taste different and it’s not the same what it use to be

I been waiting for 40 min for portion of wings and the guys wich he work inside he told me it’s gonna take 15 min he must to be professional as a chef he know the right time I’m not happy with that at all

Cancelled our order after a 1hr 20minute wait. "Claimed" that the delivery driver cancelled the order after collecting the food. Yet was unable to provide evidence of this (a picture or screenshot) as he said he did not have access, odd how he can see it's been cancelled but then doesn't have access to take a screenshot or picture? We then placed another order and was informed and promised food would be at our door in 10 mins we had young children waiting to eat and go to bed. The order then took 40 minutes. So we waited two hrs for an order. Very bad service but hugely disappointing. When the driver arrived he himself said they bluffing you. Mediocre food in the end.

Diabolical service. As if they paid me to buy those meals. It’s a shame, Amigos you have been crossed off my list. I was an amid amigos fan and slowly all over there stores have gone down hill. Southall, Acton and Feltham was always a disaster. Not tried Uxbridge but doubt it would be any diffeeent. There used to be a time when Southall has some decent management (Asim and Kashif) but those days are gone. It’s ok I’ll take my business elsewhere. As for Acton branch, the people working here come from a different planet, I never looked twice on how much I spent at Amigos and this must be at least close to £800 a month but these stingy people are worried about putting extra sauce and refuse to give Coke Zero cans to eatin customers. Shame

(Translated by Google) The dirtiest restaurant ever, especially that guy with the long hair and glasses. I think he's too good for car washing. My order was ready and waiting in front of him while he was on the phone. After waiting half an hour, I got my order without any sauce. It was awful, disgusting.
