Did you check Amigos Burgers & Shakes reviews?

Hardly anywhere to sit, Took so long, Didn’t get my order right

Yesterday I came to amigos and as a customer that comes often to the shop I have very good experiences with the staff and managers and built a whole relationship with them as well, however yesterday this small Indian woman was on the till and she had a lot of attitude and made me feel like this is not the amigos I always tend to go to, she got my order wrong as well and blamed me and was shouting at me, I felt very ashamed that amigos has come to this level, hopefully something can be done about this, I found this very disappointing as well.

Very unprofessional staff they need to hire some male staff as well them girls can’t handle anything waited for 30 minutes just to get my order

Food was great however I was charged £40 for 2 boss burger meals with shake , the staff members are fraudulently adding to the bill be careful when ordering

So I have avoided this shop for years but against my better judgement I bought food from there yesterday out of convenience and because I have previously eaten from the Acton branch (where the food was so good). When I went in the vibe was off to me. I even stood by the kitchen to analyse where the food was prepared. It look pretty clean, as in there wasn’t major spillages but looked cluttered so it was hard to tell what was behind the boxes and packages on the counters. The price was extortionate. So I was turned off again but to avoid pregnancy nausea I went ahead and got a burger. Come today I have food poisoning (which I might add can be dangerous in pregnancy). When I get the energy I will be taking this further. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT PEOPLE DO NOT GET ABOUT BASIC FOOD HYGIENE. This could have been avoided if they store, prepare food properly and keep their food areas CLEAN.

It was delicious food

Poor customer service It’s only two people working while lunch time when they are crazy busy

The Big boss is just a name very Small size doesn't look like the picture and it was very expensive 😔 will never go back to them again.

Took them 20mins to make a burger, the place was almost empty

Horrible place Cold drink isn't cold and £12 🍔 meal is a disgrace ! I was expecting a decent meal however what I have is awful ! I don't recommend this restaurant if u r hungry !
