Did you check Amigos Burgers & Shakes reviews?

Ordered chicken burger meal with milkshake and they forgot to add the milkshake, chips came with no peri peri salt which i spent money on Very disappointed and dissatisfied PLEASE DO NOT ORDER

Waiting burger for 30 mins which tastes like burger king

i was sitting for half an hour there the staff forgot to make my order ready they did not even say sorry and keep asking me what was order that was horrible do not recommand

My chicken rice box was not that how I want. And the funny thing one of the staff said to me I know better because I'm working here from last 5 years. And he don't know how to talk with coustumers and he is claiming that he works here from last 5 years.

The food is not the same as it used to be and it's getting expensive I had been sick here a couple times when I have ordered food here I will not recommend it to anyone, please go elsewhere for food as there are plenty of viable places in Southall

I went to that place yesterday because me and friend we like the food there, and when we reach at the till there was a lady called Harman who was on till she was very rude and not even smiling with us, she was taking our order like she was in hurry to go somewhere, and when she gave us our receipt she give us with a bad look like she didn’t want us to be in! Don’t want to be rude but that lady need to improve her customer service, that’s the reason I put one star ⭐️, otherwise I would have put 0 if it’s was possible BUT the food was very delicious as always😊😊

Staff busy favouring surprise bag fraud to their friends. Deserving customers are not getting any chance. Owners need to look into that

I went to that place today because I really really like amigos food. Went there today too but there was this woman working today was very rude towards me. She charged me extra for peri peri salt which I didnt mind and then when i asked for extra she got so annoyed with me as if like she wants to throw those at my face. Her face was like she really wanted me to leave. Later on some school guys came and they had their friends order amigos but one of them had kfc and she literally asked that guy to leave just cause he was having kfc and his other friends were having amigos not food from there. The service from this woman was horrible. But other than that the food is great

Errr, what can I say. They forgot to give the Uber delivery driver the food. You would have thought they would have called the Uber rider back to collect the food. But no, this didn’t happen. It took for me to call Amigos for them to acknowledge the problem and they asked me to order something else on Uber, whatever the cheapest item was, so they could then send the food with that new order. What an absurd idea. Needless to say, I rejected this solution and asked for a refund (which I am still waiting on from UberEats) My one star rating may be harsh, but I cannot rate something that I have not tried.,

Originally food was very good. They did forget to add things (once forgotten to cook my order at all) 🤦‍♂️ Ordered via uber and didn’t get kids menu. Now imagine to order family meal and then your child not getting their food. Unfortunately their quality did not last long and now it’s off my list. Was good place initially but not anymore ad unable to cover basics or the service they provide.
