Honestly can say this is the worst branch of the food chain I’ve been to. Don’t get me wrong the staff are nice however there were other factors that made this place drop points big time. Firstly the table wasn’t clean then when it came to washing my hands I had to go through a maze just to be able to get to the bathroom. The food was really basic and the portions have then to make it even worse there was people who came in and started vaping! Won’t be returning to this branch anytime soon.

The little lady at the till was ever so polite and courteous. However, the lemon and lime chicken strips (£6 for 5 ) are let down.. undercooked and very raw.

I’m not usually one to write reviews but I am a regular customer at Amigos. I always order through UberEats and it has been very disappointing these last few times. Paying £1 for ‘peri salt’ on two chips only for it to look just like regular fries. Last time I called, and I’m guessing it’s the manager who told me next time they’re going to make sure I receive my food perfectly but truly has disappointed me again. There’s little to no peri salt on the chips despite me paying extra as well as writing on the notes that I want extra salt. I don’t know if they changed the management recently or the team but they honestly need to step it up.

What is Amigos Burgers & Shakes's TheReviews score?

Amigos Burgers & Shakes has a score of 4.4 out of 5, labelled Excellent, from 12,959 reviews on TheReviews and its connected review sites. The score comes from one published formula: every business starts at 3.5 with the weight of 3 reviews, verified reviews weigh 1.0, organic reviews 0.7, and each review loses half its weight every year. Ratings on connected sites such as Google or Booking.com are blended in at 0.5 per review, together never outweighing 50 verified reviews, and every review counts towards how sure the score is, so many reviews elsewhere are not held back by the starting point. That places it 6 of 7 in Food & Drink. Read the formula with a worked example.

How many of Amigos Burgers & Shakes's reviews are verified?

None yet, because nobody has written a review on TheReviews. A verified review comes through an invitation tied to a real order or through the API. Organic reviews, written by anyone with a confirmed account, count for 0.7 of a verified one.

Does Amigos Burgers & Shakes reply to reviews?

There are no reviews on TheReviews to reply to yet. The profile is unclaimed; once the business claims it, it can reply to every review free of charge.

Can Amigos Burgers & Shakes remove bad reviews?

No. No plan at any price lets a business remove a review. Amigos Burgers & Shakes can post one public reply per review and can report a review that breaks the written guidelines. A person reads every report, and the outcome is recorded in the public moderation log either way. See the moderation log for Amigos Burgers & Shakes.
