Visited Amigod Milton Keynes and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The food was very similar to Slim Chickens rubbish. I ordered the Boss Burger and found it completely tasteless, lacking any flavour. The chips arrived cold, which made the meal even less enjoyable. The service also needs improvement. Staff didn’t realise our order was for eating in, which caused delay, and we weren’t offered any serviettes or sauces with the meal. Overall, the food and service didn’t meet expectations, and I wouldn’t rush back. I am never coming back what a waste

Good service

Ordered two Nashville burgers with chips on Deliveroo. Unfortunately the burger bun was overly charred on the grill so with every bite there was an acrid taste. The bun was soft I will admit. The chips were frankly inedible, super old and dry, not to mention cold. I’m not even sure if they had been refried in an attempt to make them somewhat better. But nonetheless, certainly not fresh. The chicken in the burger was totally over cooked to the point of almost being burnt, again having a slightly acrid taste. The Nashville seasoning is pretty bland, neither spicy, not really sweet, just very oily. Not to my taste at all. When my husband called the store to inform them that their quality was not up to scratch, the woman who answered just left the call and he ended up talking to himself. Then when the manager came, he was constantly talking over my husband and refused to hear a word. It was a very frustrating interaction and I wasn’t even the one having to do it!! I can’t say I have any desire whatsoever to order from Amigos ever again.

10/10 food and staff. Great prices and so much variation in the menu. Especially love the milkshakes!! ⭐️☺️

I’ve been ordering from them for ages, they always prepare my food with love. Best place to eat at. Always so kind and generous upon requests. I don’t visit the shop often, I only order online, but I feel like they treat their customers as family, and this is how it should always be. Thank you guys for taking care of us ❤️

Hi thanks!,… Ok, so not a bad place over the years Visited here a few Times On this occasion, everything seemed just as it is good staff good food not bad at all When we were leaving, I overheard a conversation on the telephone which was on loudspeaker and I heard the woman staff member telling the customer about an order mix up, and mentioning To the customer Some words to the effect of “ That’s your problem “ And the customer was not happy with that and told her not to be rude. This really did quite put me off the experience of eating here And if I was you, I would definitely have Words with your staff, especially this staff member on how she speaks so freely like she was at home! I heard everything, but had to leave To catch the train, but if there was no train, I would’ve certainly pulled her up on this with a manager myself ! Spending £25-£30 as a customer Even less, you expect more from customer service, especially if they want you to come back. Apart from that, the food was right, the other staff were quite okay. The toilet needs toilet roll And the bins need to be fixed looking very dirty from the outside and broken.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. What’s happened to the cheeseburger meat it’s changed doesn’t even taste like real meat anymore and the burger bun wasn’t even cooked it absolutely the most disgusting burger I’ve ever had. Will not be going back.

Friendly staff, quick service. Delicious meal! Mango shake was just perfect.
