Did you check Amigos Burgers & Shakes reviews?

Saturday 13-11-2021 PM: Slow lazy rude staff! Terrible customer service!

Zero star very poor service... your staff are only talking instead of doing there jobs. Not recommended zero star

2nd time ordering from here and on both occasions food was way below average. Don't bother with the beef burgers as they use cheap chewy tasteless patties. Buffalo wings are way overpriced and were okay. Chips are okay. Won't be ordering from here again.

First time ever going to amigos. I need up at the sheperds Bush branch. I've always wanted to come to amigos the way its advertised. The way you show your food. Looks absolutely great. I travelled from Birmingham to go try your food. What can I say i was very very disappointed. Firstly I didnt understand the menu so asked person on till to help out. Didn't do a great job in explaining. The customer service was appealing. Secondly when I ordered my food. It took 30minutes to come to me the shop wasn't even busy. Only had 3 tables on. Once I received my food it was hot which was good. As soon as i took a bite on the burger. Straight away I knew it was a frozen processed burger. The feel the smell the texture all the same as an old school chip shop cheese burger. I was shocked the way you advertise your food and what I ate 2 different things. I asked for cheese sauce which I didn't get. The dispensed drinks you have. Its not even original coke tasted like lidls freeway cola. I was actually shocked and disappointed in everything. I definitely won't be coming back and definitely won't be recommending it to any of my friends and family.

Do you like nasty food? How about shit service? Then this is the place for you.

I really don’t understand the comments… I found it to be quite disgusting, very low quality meat, the burger was not tasty at all I couldn’t finish it… I don’t think I have high standards as I am fine with McDonald and co but this one was terrible, chips were dry, chicken was drowning in a poor quality “bbq” sauce. Not worth the hype at all, thank god it is not expensive, that might be the only good point…

The worst salad I've ever seen... Everything was too spicy! Horrible!

Would not recommend for families to go there weird environment, untrained staff, might just get take away and eat in the car or home

Hair in my food so sad!
