***BLOOD IN CHICKEN*** I ordered a half chicken meal From TOOTING and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. After cutting into the chicken, I noticed it was very undercooked and glossy flesh near the middle near the bone. The meat was pink and there appeared to be traces of blood, which was very off-putting and concerning. This is a serious food safety issue. Chicken should always be fully cooked before being served, and receiving it in this condition is unacceptable. It immediately ruined the meal and has left me with no confidence in ordering from this branch again. As a customer, I expect basic food safety standards to be met. Unfortunately, this experience fell well below that expectation, and I hope it is taken seriously to prevent it happening to others.
