Amazing place - Yogi is a great waiter too, goes above and beyond

(Translated by Google) Unfortunately, the worst and most expensive fresh juice in Indonesia so far. We stopped here for 2 hours to use the pool and snorkel near the statues. The resort is certainly luxurious, but for me, too much unnecessary luxury and high prices 😉 (Original) Bohuzel zatim nejhorsi a nejdrazsi fresh juice v Indonesii.

Love this place, been a few times now unfortunately the same problem lingers. Even though the staff are super friendly, and very willing to help, I feel there’s a serious amount lack of training. It wasn’t a very busy day and cocktails were taken anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes …. I also had a pocket full of cash I was hoping to burn, I just felt no effort was made to come to the tables and see if we needed more drinks or some more food etc, I honestly could’ve spent 3 x more than our actual bill. My advice to management would be, maybe provide some more training on up selling and discussing items on the menu an offering suggestions, remember people going here have cash in their pockets and willing to spend! Thanks anyway for the good times, we’ll be back

(Translated by Google) We went to Bask for dinner and had a great time. One day we even spent time by the pool: there's no minimum spend required for tables near the pool, just lounge chairs on the beach. The food was truly excellent, although a bit over-seasoned with vinegar and salt—the only small negative. The dessert, however, was amazing, and the staff was extremely friendly.

Excellent service, food and place to stay! Very close to the statue snorkeling point.
