Our family stayed in a 3 bedroom villa for a week in July 2026 to celebrate our son’s thirtieth birthday. We enjoyed ourselves hugely and loved Bask with a few minor quibbles regarding the room. However, it was the absolutely wonderful staff that made our stay so very, very special. From the gardeners through to the front of house everyone was warm, friendly and welcoming. But there were two particular staff that I want to acknowledge. Firstly, Fandi, who was especially attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed. Secondly, I say an enormous terima kasih banyak to Farobie who went to extraordinary lengths to help us through an almost impossible situation. Bask is very lucky to have such incredible staff.

We've been to Gili Meno several times, and it remains one of our favorite islands. The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings keep bringing us back. This time we stayed at BASK, and it exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Daya at the front office. He welcomed us with a genuine smile, was always kind and helpful, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. His warm hospitality and professionalism truly made our stay even more enjoyable.

This is honestly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! The location is absolutely perfect—right on the beachfront, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Unlike many other places, it never felt overcrowded, and there were always enough sunbeds for guests. The reserved sunbeds are a fantastic idea, so there's no need to wake up early to secure a spot. The food deserves a special mention. It is simply outstanding—fresh, delicious, reasonably priced, and full of flavour. If I could, I would give the food **6 out of 5 stars**! Every meal we had exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. They truly made us feel at home. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained throughout our stay. Overall, BASK Gili Meno exceeded our expectations in every way. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality beachfront escape in Gili Meno.
