The service here is the quiet, thoughtful kind – a towel appears before you've looked for one, a drink arrives just as the sun begins to set. The food was a real highlight. Breakfast was generous and beautifully presented, with fresh tropical fruit, perfectly cooked eggs and excellent coffee to start each day. Dinner at the Beach Club was outstanding – the sashimi and ceviche were incredibly fresh, the grilled seafood cooked to perfection, and the cocktails worthy of any big-city bar. We ate on the property most nights and never once felt the need to look elsewhere; for a tiny island, the quality and variety were remarkable.
