I have never felt compelled to leave a negative review before, but unfortunately our experience with Better Homes has been extremely disappointing. We paid a 5% agency fee, which is a substantial amount, yet my husband and I still found ourselves doing much of the work ourselves. We repeatedly had to chase our agent for updates and responses. On multiple occasions we were ignored or promised a follow-up that never came. I even went into the office myself because of the urgency, was told someone would contact us, and still heard nothing. My husband and I had to return again the following day before someone finally took ownership of the situation. The issues continued after move-in. We had asked for appliances already in the apartment to be removed before we moved in, but they were still there and we ultimately dealt with them ourselves. We were also told that anything reported within the first 48 hours would be addressed, including sealing issues around the doors, but we were effectively ghosted during that period and nothing was done. Since moving in, we have dealt with recurring ceiling and water leaks, AC issues, water-heater problems and a significant mold issue inside the AC system. We were told that maintenance and AC cleaning had already been carried out, but the condition of the apartment did not reflect that. We ultimately paid ourselves to have the mold issue professionally addressed, and we have repeatedly had to contact the landlord directly to resolve ongoing problems. This still does not scratch the surface of the issues we have experienced. The most disappointing part has been the lack of communication, accountability and follow-through. When you are paying a 5% agency fee on a high-value rental, you should not have to repeatedly chase people, show up in person, coordinate repairs yourself and spend additional time and money fixing problems that should have been addressed. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Better Homes.

We had a very good experience with Ronaldo Rusca while looking at residential properties in Dubai. He was very attentive from the beginning, listened carefully to what we were looking for, and showed us several interesting options. What really stood out was how available and willing to help he was throughout the process. Even though we haven’t made a final decision or closed a deal yet, Ronaldo has been excellent to work with and made the property search much easier. Very professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Highly recommended!

للاسف لا استطيع منح هذه الشركة اقل من نجمة الشركة الأسوء في مجال إدارة العقارات لقد تعاملت مع عشرات او مئات الشركات في دبي و جميعها على مستوى راقي الا هذه الشركة استأجرت منهم شفة في الشارقة و تعاملهم سيء جداً و الشقة قذرة و الخدمات دائماً متأخرة و الفواتير اعلى اضافة لعشرات الشكاوي دون رد من الادارة و احتجاز مبالغ التأمين لمدة 70 يوماً على أمل ان لا تطالب بها والموظف بسبب معرفته ان ادارة الشركة غير مهتمة يقول لك اشتكي للادارة و يضحك 😜 شركة سيئة و ادارة سيئة و موظفين غير مباليين متابعة ضعيفة تستحق ربع نجمة

The building is well managed, and we especially appreciate Ms. Naveen, the Building Manager, for being extremely supportive, cooperative, and professional. We are very thankful to Ms. Naveen for her prompt responses and for always being helpful whenever we need assistance. Her dedication and positive attitude make a big difference. We first worked with Daimon four years ago when we bought our home in Sustainable City, and we’ve stayed in touch with him ever since, sometimes to talk about the Dubai property market and investment opportunities, and sometimes just for a friendly catch-up. Four years later, Daimon has now helped us sell that same home as we prepare to move to abroad for work. It was an emotional sale for us. We loved our home and were genuinely sad to leave it, and the process itself wasn’t always straightforward, with a number of complications on our side. This is where Daimon really stood out. He managed the relationship between us and the buyers incredibly well. There was trust on both sides, communication stayed open, and even when things became complicated, there was never unnecessary frustration or pressure. He kept the buyers informed, helped us find creative solutions when problems came up, and somehow kept everyone working together with respect. I know Daimon’s sales numbers speak for themselves, but I joke with him that property is the wrong business for him because he cares too much! He genuinely checked in to see how we were doing, not just where we were with the sale. Having now experienced both buying and selling a home with Daimon, I think what sets him apart is his sincerity and authenticity. He genuinely cares about the people involved. We had Daimon help us find and secure a property for purchase. We knew the area we wanted but very few things come to market here and when they do they get snapped up within days. Daimon helped us find the property before it even came to market and helped us through the entire process. He went above and beyond to explain everything, make us feel at ease, and get us set up. I've recommended him to someone else and he also helped them with the same over and above attitude. I would hesitate to recommend him to others in the future. 10/10, if I were looking for anywhere new or to sell I would come to him first
