This is by far the best gym in Mayfair from all of the ones I have been through in the area. The atmosphere and vibe is like nothing else nearby. The staff and trainers and extremely friendly and professional, they are always happy to help out. They have built specialized workout programs based on my needs and helped me reach my goals in no time. You can always finish off your workout with a great protein shake by the cafe and chat to others in the Buddhabox community! Everyone I have met there so far have been super friendly and eager to help!

coolest nicest place to train in mayfair. top class equipment and really nice people... the owner Rohan super friendly and makes you want to come really recommend this gym for people who want to get fit and have fun good luck bhudda box god bless

I have been training at this gym for about 7 months now. The motivation, vibe and the coaches are absolutely amazing. They also have the best coffee on the block and an amazing team. If you are looking for a place to train hard and become a champ then I would definitely recommend Buddhabox
