The gym that challenges the concept of what a gym could be. Not only are the staff super friendly and very accommodating but the exercise that's sold there is nothing like any other place in London. I was able to break a sweat in the HIIT class and develop a martial art skill in the Muay Thai class. Time to hop in the yoga class... 10/10

This gym is AWESOME - best I’ve ever joined! Amazing management, hardcore classes, and you are looking after your wellbeing. You’ll see your body transformation in no time. Taron is a boxing king - an outstanding trainer (I can see my abs!! Thanks Taron!!).

Amazing and super clean gym. Staff is incredibly friendly and the instructors so knowledgeable and make the classes fun and make you feel as you belong there. Absolutely recommend this gym all the way.

From my experiences so far it seems to be so much better than just a boxing gym ,with Yoga and Movement classes a key part of the holistic vibe to it they got something special here . its a real breakthrough for the area which could do with something that brings back a sense of community. All the instructors ive met so far are dope , they are their to not only help you work on your personal goals but they will show you things you never knew were possible for yourself. I love the fact that they also have really great traditional healing and restorative practices that go hand in hand with the training on offer Dont take my word for it pop in and see for yourself

The staff is very friendly.You should try Taron James boxing class!The locker rooms are really cosy and clean.Everyone is really helpful and there are classes for amateurs!The trainers are really motivating.You should try the smoothies, especially after the class.The coffee is extremely good and they are also serving Freddo coffee!!Actually it is the only place in Mayfair where you can find my favourite drink!Good job!Strongly recommended!!!
