Great gym with a great atmosphere! Highly recommend.

Review mostly based on BJJ (BalanceBJJ) sessions: Paxton is an excellent trainer and injects enthusiasm about the sport into everyone that walks through the door. The mix of belts and experience makes this a great place to learn for beginners and more experienced players. Sessions everyday in Gi and no Gi. Flawless BJJ learning experience since early 2023 Weights area not stacked with every machine - but it is sufficient for most people’s strength and conditioning needs.

An excellent facility in an unparalleled location. Gym is well equipped and staff are all friendly and approachable. I primarily use the gym for BJJ classes- an amazing class with an awesome coach. I tried BJJ with Paxton 2 years ago on a whim and have been hooked ever since. Pax is extremely personable and an excellent teacher who tailors his instruction to the individual. All backgrounds and abilities are made to feel welcome and part of the group. Would highly recommend to give it a try if new to the sport or to come along if familiar with BJj and in the area.

By far the best gym I have ever been a member of. It is a true community where everyone is welcome. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, giving you a boost of energy on arrival like nowhere else. The training is perfect for me, as they focus on boxing and yoga. The boxing trainers I consistently work with (John, Josh, Oriance, and Kojo) are world class. They all have different styles but are head and shoulders above trainers I’ve had at other gyms. The other trainers, for yoga, HIIT etc. are equally great and inspiring! I have been a member for a while and truly treasure the time I get to spend here.

Having been to a couple of boxing gyms already, when Greg told me he is doing classes at Buddha, I simply had to join. The gym itself not only has everything needed but the atmosphere and coaches make the place what it is. 🥊🥊

Took a class with Oriance, it was amazing!!

Absolutely amazing class of Boxing fundamentals. All exercises made perfect sense to incorporate and the coach was so good.
