By far the best gym I have ever been a member of. It is a true community where everyone is welcome. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, giving you a boost of energy on arrival like nowhere else. The training is perfect for me, as they focus on boxing and yoga. The boxing trainers I consistently work with (John, Josh, Oriance, and Kojo) are world class. They all have different styles but are head and shoulders above trainers I’ve had at other gyms. The other trainers, for yoga, HIIT etc. are equally great and inspiring! I have been a member for a while and truly treasure the time I get to spend here.

Having been to a couple of boxing gyms already, when Greg told me he is doing classes at Buddha, I simply had to join. The gym itself not only has everything needed but the atmosphere and coaches make the place what it is. 🥊🥊

Absolutely amazing class of Boxing fundamentals. All exercises made perfect sense to incorporate and the coach was so good.

My son trained with coach Kareem On Sunday, he was very patient with my boys and was really encouraging with them. I’m really looking forward to him training the boys more regularly. Great gym Great vibes
