The classes are the best and gym facilities are great!! Harvey’s classes are the best, he really challenges your fitness and boxing skills to a next level!

Absolutely love Buddha Box! The facilities are great and the little sauna in the changing room is a nice touch. I always train with Harvey, he’s an amazing coach who really pushes us to work hard in his classes and pt’s. The atmosphere is always positive and motivating, I highly recommend!

Such a great gym - great facilities, super friendly staff and really well equipped (all the equipment you could need and a boxing ring), and a sauna in the changing rooms. I particularly enjoy the classes, Harvey’s are a standout - he has amazing energy and knowledge of boxing, whilst also manages to push you really hard. He makes an effort to get to know everyone and coach you through so that you come away from each session having learned something. Would definitely recommend!

One of the most upbeat, positive workouts I’ve ever done. Great pace/burn, and super friendly staff. This gym’s doing it right! So glad I tried Emily’s class and will be back for boxing too. She’s 5/5, hands down best L instructor after 50+ ClassPass workouts
