Such a great gym - great facilities, super friendly staff and really well equipped (all the equipment you could need and a boxing ring), and a sauna in the changing rooms. I particularly enjoy the classes, Harvey’s are a standout - he has amazing energy and knowledge of boxing, whilst also manages to push you really hard. He makes an effort to get to know everyone and coach you through so that you come away from each session having learned something. Would definitely recommend!

Buddha Box is a great gym. In particular, John is the best boxing coach I’ve ever had. He has improved my technique, skills and fitness tenfold since I’ve been training with him. My husband and I are ultrarunners, and John is the one and only personal trainer we will use to whip us into shape for our races. In addition, I’ve personally seen John work with beginners one-on-one with such great care and attention, and coach them to a point where they are comfortable and confident about joining group classes. He is professional and a first class coach. Do not pass up an opportunity to train at this gym and with John.
