Best gym in London, staff are super friendly and the vibe is unmatched! If you’re in Mayfair, you have to pop in! You might even catch a celeb hitting the bags

Great gym! Just had one of my best pt sessions with John - who I highly recommend if you're looking to take your game to the next level

Buddha Box is a great gym. In particular, John is the best boxing coach I’ve ever had. He has improved my technique, skills and fitness tenfold since I’ve been training with him. My husband and I are ultrarunners, and John is the one and only personal trainer we will use to whip us into shape for our races. In addition, I’ve personally seen John work with beginners one-on-one with such great care and attention, and coach them to a point where they are comfortable and confident about joining group classes. He is professional and a first class coach. Do not pass up an opportunity to train at this gym and with John.

I have been training with John for many years and I have followed him across 3 different gyms. He is an old school tough, no nonsense coach but I have learned so much and continue to do so, couldn’t recommend him enough.

This gym is more than just a place to work out; it truly feels like a family. With an array of amazing courses on offer, there's something for everyone, regardless of your fitness level or interests. The trainers are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive, adding to the welcoming and motivating atmosphere.

The best gym I have ever been a member of. The training is elite and coach Kareem will put a smile on your face every time you train. At BuddhaBox you’re in good hands.

Such a fun gym, absolutely love their boxing classes and the sauna is the prefect way to finish a session!

I love this gym. It’s so modern and perfectly equipped. Also the changing rooms are so aesthetic. The atmosphere and team are amazing! Big recommendation.
