I have been training with John for many years and I have followed him across 3 different gyms. He is an old school tough, no nonsense coach but I have learned so much and continue to do so, couldn’t recommend him enough.

This gym is more than just a place to work out; it truly feels like a family. With an array of amazing courses on offer, there's something for everyone, regardless of your fitness level or interests. The trainers are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive, adding to the welcoming and motivating atmosphere.

The best gym I have ever been a member of. The training is elite and coach Kareem will put a smile on your face every time you train. At BuddhaBox you’re in good hands.

Such a fun gym, absolutely love their boxing classes and the sauna is the prefect way to finish a session!

Review mostly based on BJJ (BalanceBJJ) sessions: Paxton is an excellent trainer and injects enthusiasm about the sport into everyone that walks through the door. The mix of belts and experience makes this a great place to learn for beginners and more experienced players. Sessions everyday in Gi and no Gi. Flawless BJJ learning experience since early 2023 Weights area not stacked with every machine - but it is sufficient for most people’s strength and conditioning needs.

An excellent facility in an unparalleled location. Gym is well equipped and staff are all friendly and approachable. I primarily use the gym for BJJ classes- an amazing class with an awesome coach. I tried BJJ with Paxton 2 years ago on a whim and have been hooked ever since. Pax is extremely personable and an excellent teacher who tailors his instruction to the individual. All backgrounds and abilities are made to feel welcome and part of the group. Would highly recommend to give it a try if new to the sport or to come along if familiar with BJj and in the area.
