The staff were extremely bad and none of them spoke proper English. The portions were very small for the price. We waited one hour for the food and it didn’t arrive. I really regret choosing this place. There was no compensation at all. We had to leave without eating. The food that came was very cold and not filling at all. It feels like a tourist scam place. A terrible business.

We had such an amazing experience at Pomona. The food was well presented and very tasty!! We loved it! A special thanks for Yuda who made an incredible service and made my bf’s birthday a memorable lunch. Definitely I recommend this place to go!

We ate at Pomona last night (18/05) and it seems they had a very bad night, which can happen, as shown by other customers having a negative experience It was clear there was an issue restaurant wide with the food as numerous tables were waiting a long time including ourselves who waited around 1hr 30- 2hr for most of our food to arrive (we gave up on the Jackfruit Tacos in the end) When the food came most of it was lukewarm at best however we were starving so tucked in. Even if everything had gone perfectly I feel we would of been left unsatisfied by the portion sizes for the price that we paid. What frustrated us the most was the lack of communication between the wait staff and customers in the restaurant, numerous times we were told someone would find out just to be ignored again, the issue seemed to be solved when the owner/manager appeared and apologised and offered us some free drinks, he promptly left before many tables had received their food and we had to ask 4 times for our drinks to be served. I don't feel its fair to give Pomono 1* when it was clearly an isolated issue but I just hope if it happens again in the future there would be better communication between the staff and the customers.

It was the worst experience i have ever had. They didn’t bring our food for 1 hour and when they did it was ice cold. We missed our boat trip because of them. They did nothing to redeem themselves.

I would like to share my experience at this place. We were a group of five people and sat down to have a meal. After dinner, we had also arranged a boat so we could go to a lagoon. Our food did not arrive for an hour, and when it finally came, only three people’s meals were served. My dish was jumbo shrimp. After waiting for an hour, my food arrived completely cold. The shrimp were empty inside. Because of this delay, our boat left for another tour. This was our only day here, and it was completely ruined because of this place. We asked to speak with the manager, but the person who came was not even the manager. They only apologized and could not help us with anything. In the end, we left without eating the food. As a result, we are still hungry and our activity was cancelled. I definitely do not recommend this place.

They wait us for an hour and give us cold empty food. We couldn’t eat that food, and they do nothing. We are hungry and angry and nothing to do. This is our one and only night. Don’t come here if you don’t want to ruin your day.

We waited more than 1 hour, food was cold idk how they just say we’re sorry but there was no solution at all, employees make you wait and not helping for sure, there was a terrrible experience , I don’t advise anyone to go this place such a miserable restaurant btw its too expensive either.

Great little spot, perfect views, lovely tapas style food. An extra thanks to Dodi as he was a top waiter!!
