Greatly disappointed with this venue having used for special occasions as always excelled expectations previously, paid for our parents to have an all paid evening to find their 830pm table not available for 850pm. No fillet steak available on menu Ordered the Pie to find it was sold out. Then was given the wrong bill twice. Spoilt the evening sadly.

Very disappointed as the reviews suggest a very good establishment however our experience wasn’t great. Food was average, however the service was below average. Also the manager was condescending. If I could give half a star I would.

First time visit, pleasant evening but won’t be rushing back. Had the ribeye steak but quite disappointed as a lot of grizzle, definitely not worth the cost. Surprised steak didn’t come with any source and wasn’t offered any condiments had to ask. Duck main had to be taken back to kitchen to be re cooked as oozing with blood
