Wow, what an amazing place! The resort is modern and clean, the staff are exceptionally friendly and always happy to help and the location is also great! It’s a very short boat ride to Gili T or Gili Air with lots to do for both adults and kids. My only regret is only staying for 3 nights - we’ll be back for sure!

I visited BASK for my holiday and highly recommend! The hotel is exceptional and restaurant is great too. Azis provided great customer service and went beyond expectations. Thank you 🙏🏻

Aziz was fantastic throughout

We had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The villa was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. A special thank you to Ogi, who took great care of the house and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We would also like to give a special mention to Griffin, who was an outstanding server throughout our entire stay. He was always friendly, attentive, professional, and made every meal even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place and would definitely love to come back!

A beautiful island and the only 5-star hotel on Gili Meno, well managed and maintained. The hotel is three years old, or three years new. The villas are spacious, with a modern, functional design, and truly comfortable. The beds are super nice and super clean, and the guests are offered a pillow menu free of charge. The pillows of choice have been delivered in no time by the staff, in general I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of sleep. The whole layout of the villa with the terrace and the pool is top notch, logical, comfortable, easy to enjoy. There are two armchairs with a table under the roof, a big sofa on the sundeck where two to three people have enough space to comfortably enjoy the sun. It’s amazing how absolutely everything is super duper properly planned, engineered and implemented, can’t figure out how it could ever be done better. There are just no mistakes made. Some of the managers from the best resorts of the Maldives could come here and learn a lot from BASK… and whenever I’m doing a renovation in a new apartment, hey please give me the contact of the designer! Btw, the pools at the villas are huge, and again properly done, the conditioned water is fed into the pool, and the water flows out along the pool contour, bringing away all the potential dirt. So the pools are safe by design and always clean, plus they have a nice feel to them, we enjoyed ours a lot. Each villa boasts a corresponding piece of the beach with two extra comfortable sunbeds, and the beach is kept clean by the team. By the way, you can enjoy really good snorkelling… there are live corals and abundant marine life, I personally started in front of the hotel, around the underwater statues and went all the way to the northern part of the island. Anytime there are several turtles, and in the morning, at high tide they came very close to the beach to feed on small green grass that grows in this shallower part. Beautiful! The restaurant menu isn’t huge, but all the dishes are on the level of a boutique restaurant, with an impressive selection of steaks, including in-house dry aged Australian Black Angus up to MB 9. And special thanks to the team, especially our butler Habib: he has been very helpful and fast, all went easy, as if we knew each other for a long time. The only drawbacks might be the music from the parties at Gili Trawangan, and some lack of privacy, but Gili islands are a famous place, you don’t expect being alone here anyway. All in all, I can’t recommend BASK highly enough. It’s not cheap in relation to the place, but you definitely get what you pay for, and even more.
