All the food was spectacular, the service incredible, and I'd like to give a special mention to Griffin, who was very friendly and professional every time we visited—excellent both at his job and as a person.

It's perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or simply enjoying a drink while taking in the surroundings (we weren't lucky enough to stay at this hotel, but we came several times to enjoy its facilities). The location is spectacular, the food is exquisite, and the atmosphere is unbeatable. The Balinese beds are a dream, and enjoying a sunset dinner with live music is simply a magical experience. We want to give a special mention to Griffin, who took wonderful care of us yesterday. His kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness made our experience even more special. In fact, we returned today to enjoy the Balinese beds again, and the service from everyone continues to be exceptional. A place we would return to again and again. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

Patatas bravas; good but different from what we're used to. Basque rice; very good, and a sweet quarter cheese was excellent. We'd like to thank the first person who served us for their professional advice and Aziz for his great professionalism and guidance.
