We went to the Restaurant, so Im only talking about that. Expensive for Gili, but the food is excellent and the service is good. Beautiful location and a nice and big pool.

Le lieu est très joli et l'atmosphère est chaleureuse et bien pensée mais le service du lieu ne correspond pas au visuel de l'endroit. Nous avons attendu deux fois plus d'une heure pour être servi. La directrice fait tout son possible pour augmenter le standing du service mais malheureusement elle ne peut pas faire cela toute seule. Je remercie tout de même l'établissement d'avoir fait un geste en nous offrant nos verres de vins pour l'attente très longue de ce soir. J'espère que l'équipe BASK pourra s'améliorer pour être plus efficiente dans l'avenir. La nourriture est par contre de très bonne qualitée (sushi et pizza testés).

The food was overall great, although we were a little disappointed with the fact that they didn’t have all the things listed in the menu. As this place is rather high-end we would have expected a little more help with the choice of wine that we ordered with our food. In general, the service was unfortunately inadequate regarding the price range. Service was slow and it was difficult to get the waiters’ attention. We weren’t even asked if we were happy with our food and basically left alone after ordering with no one showing interest in whether we would like to order anything else. In the end we waited quite long for our bill and were very disappointed in the experience with the service.
