We really enjoyed our stay at BASK. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, stylish and very well designed, with an amazing beachfront setting and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms and overall property feel very special, and we had a lovely time here. There are, however, a few things that could be improved, especially considering the price. Hotel guests sometimes need to reserve sunbeds, and there may be no availability because the beach club also welcomes outside guests — we feel staying guests should have priority. There is also no shower on the beach. We were travelling with two babies but only one baby cot was provided. We also would have appreciated a more detailed introduction to the hotel and its facilities at check-in, as well as an organized transfer from the ferry. For a hotel of this standard, an electric buggy or similar solution would be a great addition. One small but disappointing housekeeping detail was that the liquid soap in our room seemed to have been diluted with water instead of being properly refilled. Overall, we really liked BASK and would recommend it. It is one of the most beautiful places we stayed in the area, but a few improvements in service and attention to detail would make the experience match the premium pricing even better.
