(Translated by Google) The hotel is great and the beach is beautiful, but you can't really see much of it from the toilet.
We stayed at the hotel for three nights. Upon arrival, the manager showed us around the grounds and our lovely beach villa. We received a very warm welcome, and the room's amenities and the sea view were well worth the price.
Now for the real problem. On the first evening, we ate at the restaurant. I ordered a piece of picanha and promptly got stomach cramps after eating it and had to spend the rest of the night on the toilet. The next day, I informed the manager that I hadn't tolerated the meat well. While he was friendly, he didn't really take it seriously. Only after further questioning, asking if he could perhaps pass this information on to the kitchen, did he say he would include it in the briefing. (As we were then informed by the receptionist on the last day, this information unfortunately didn't make it to the kitchen.)
We stayed for another two days and didn't think much more of it. Since breakfast had already been paid for, we continued eating in the restaurant without any problems. On the second day, my wife also ate a steak, with the same result.
We both suffered from food poisoning, which prevented us from fully enjoying our stay. At a hotel in this price range, we would have at least expected more professionalism, or at least that the kitchen staff would check whether the meat was being stored properly.
Upon departure, we reiterated our concerns and requested some leniency regarding the meals in question. We received no compensation, but the staff showed considerably more understanding this time and informed the kitchen – unfortunately, too late for us.
