Interesting… Firstly there's not many kick-boxing/ Muy Thai gyms in London so good for that. However the trainer was very confrontational about the fact I hadn't joined the Muy Thai fundamentals at that specific gym and that he didn't want to waste time as there where members in the class and I might then detract from there experience. Ultimately the class started 15 minutes late, it then consisted of mainly 5 minute sessions of freestyle on the bag.

Literally my favourite place in London. Great atmosphere, amazing staff and members. Classes are easily accessible and all are welcome. The people at BuddhaBox have created a real community vibe.

I can't recommend this gym enough! The facilities are top-notch, providing a comfortable and conducive environment for honing your boxing skills. The coaches are the real deal - their vast experience is evident in the practical advice they offer, really helping you to step up your game. Each session is designed to push your limits, offering a challenging yet rewarding workout. The staff are fantastic - they make every visit enjoyable and ensure that you feel welcomed and supported. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just looking to get in shape, this gym is a fantastic choice.

I took a great boxing class instructed by Albes. He made the experience thoroughly enjoyable and informative - I definitely will be returning for more sessions!
