Couldn't ask for a better boxing experience. Everything, from the state of the art facilities located in the middle of Mayfair, all the staff and coaches and the uplifting community Buddha Box has been able to build over the years, makes it a must-try experience for everyone looking to start boxing, fighting or generally improving their fitness across all different levels of experience.

My personal experiences at buddhabox have been very unique. There is no other gym in the world that carries the amazing culture that buddhabox does. It’s not just a gym, it’s a way of life and this is felt from the moment you step into the gym. From the amazing faculties, to the great team, and the other members that make this community what it is.

Amazing gym with very knowledgeable coaches. I started training at BuddhaBox in March 2023 and have had the opportunity to attend a variety of classes with different coaches. Oriance, Kojo, Albes, and the other coaches work together as a team to provide the best experience to the members. All three are very approachable and go above and beyond to teach the fundamental skills of boxing, rather than just focus on cardio. Highly recommend Buddhabox for the overall good vibes, experienced and dedicated staff, cleanliness as well as the variety of classes (times & levels).

Buddhabox is hands down THE BEST gym I've been to, full of nurturing and enthusiastic coaches & staff. The space has a very warm energy to it, with all the facilities one would need to acheive their training goals. I personally have been boxing with my coach Albes for around 6 months, and have seen a drastic improvement in my technique, fitness and fight IQ. Whether you want to learn the fundamentals or an elite level of boxing, he's the man. Jordan is also a great coach in boxing and strength & conditionioning, due to his extensive knowledge and love for what he does. All the coaches provide the highest quality experience, from Muay Thai all the way to Pilates. Highly reccomended!!!

Best gym in Mayfair by a league. I've been training at Buddha Box since late October 2022, and can honestly say it has transformed my fitness. Rohan, the owner, and Nick, the manager, are incredibly friendly and welcoming and keen to help anyone feel at home and settled. I've trained Muay Thai, boxing and the Buddha Fit / strength and conditioning classes: Muay Thai Incredible coaches. - Mark Mark goes out of his way to hold pads for myself and others outside of class to make sure you're getting the most out of his training and has been incredible in getting me back in a ring. - Roland Roland is an incredibly motivating coach, always ready with a smile and a greeting whenever anyone, new or regular, walks in the gym. Boxing - Albes Albes is an genuinely amazing coach - very good at getting the most out of you and helping you to build a style to suit you. - Kojo Another fantastic coach, always bringing unique vibes and energy to every conditioning class. - Kareem Kareem is always a friendly face around the gym and is incredibly generous with his time, helping anyone and everyone with their technique and holding pads for them. - Natty Natty's classes are a fantastic work out and he is an incredibly dedicated coach who's always making sure you stay motivated. Buddha Fit Jordan's classes have been one of the corner stones of my fitness journey since joining Buddha Box. He's a fantastically motivational coach and is always eager to spend time with anyone in the gym to help them plan how to achieve their fitness goals. All in all a truly amazing gym that I can't recommend enough!

Buddhabox is really fun and teaches me a lot of new skills. I didn't know how to box before coming here, and with the help of Albes, I now know my fundamentals and feel much more confident in the boxing ring.

I went to one of Albes' mixed level class on a Saturday and enjoyed it alot! He's very knowledgeable and patient when explaining technique. Very happy with the class.

Very good gym for boxing, good atmosphere, great equipment and trainers. Boxing classes with Albes is very educational.
