Mixed experience. First of all, food, drinks and (for the most past) service were very good. Now to the downsides: for these prices I would expect a much larger portions. The tacos were so small I would barely call it a snack. Average person would need 3 times the portion. Second of all: does these prices I would expect a total peace at the restaurant I’m sitting at. Instead, the restaurant staff allow vendors to come in and try to sell things while you’re trying to enjoy your dinner. I’m neither happy nor disappointed. Just be ware of the fact that you will 1) spend a lot of money, 2) leave hungry, 3) be disturbed at the table.

We ate at Pomona last night (18/05) and it seems they had a very bad night, which can happen, as shown by other customers having a negative experience It was clear there was an issue restaurant wide with the food as numerous tables were waiting a long time including ourselves who waited around 1hr 30- 2hr for most of our food to arrive (we gave up on the Jackfruit Tacos in the end) When the food came most of it was lukewarm at best however we were starving so tucked in. Even if everything had gone perfectly I feel we would of been left unsatisfied by the portion sizes for the price that we paid. What frustrated us the most was the lack of communication between the wait staff and customers in the restaurant, numerous times we were told someone would find out just to be ignored again, the issue seemed to be solved when the owner/manager appeared and apologised and offered us some free drinks, he promptly left before many tables had received their food and we had to ask 4 times for our drinks to be served. I don't feel its fair to give Pomono 1* when it was clearly an isolated issue but I just hope if it happens again in the future there would be better communication between the staff and the customers.

It’s on the pricier side and very overhyped. You can find more delicious food at local warungs across the island for about a quarter of the price. The restaurant looks nice, but we had to wait for our drinks until after we finished our food. I had to ask for them three times.

Overall the food is good, but the portions are too small and the quantity should be noted on the menu. Everything that we ordered was smaller than expected. Pricey too considering the small portions.

The food is amazing!! Really really good, but the whole place feels suuuuper out of place. Gili meno is a small, quiet honeymoon location and this place is made for somewhere like Canggu or gili T. Kinda sad to see Meno with places like this here…
